Infuzer.com, LLC spins-off From Trondent Development Corp.

Barrington, IL - January 1, 2006. Infuzer.com, LLC today announced its spin-off from Trondent Development Corp, creating a new subsidiary under the parent organization Graham Carreras Holdings. Infuzer will now operate as a fully independent and separate company, as this move is part of an overall vision and roadmap which allows Infuzer to aggressively pursue new clients outside of the travel industry. This action will allow both companies to execute on independent strategies and have greater focus on their respective opportunities.
