on board info closes second round funding at US$4.2m
New York, 9th October - on board infoTM, the internet software company, today announces Infuzer (www.infuzer.com), a free, one-click service that copies dates from the Web or an email straight to your electronic calendar. on board info developed the technology behind Infuzer with the aid of over US$4m funding from Interregnum, the technology investment house, the Nat West IT Fund and Cambridge Research and Innovation Ltd. Infuzer will be demonstrated at booth 60 in the Microsoft Pavilion, Internet World Fall 2000, New York 25 - 27 October.
Infuzer is a simple but ground-breaking concept that will revolutionise the way Web sites interact with visitors. Wherever an Infuzer-enabled Web site refers to an event or date, either online or via email, a simple mouse-click from Web site visitors will copy it into their electronic calendar. Any changes to dates will be automatically amended in users' electronic calendars.

Infuzer increases "stickiness" and Web traffic by linking users back to the Web site via their personal calendar. Web sites that use Infuzer will therefore increase the number of repeat visits and e-commerce conversion rates.
