Personal Assistant

The Personal Assistant feature enables a desktop "Calendar Owner" (Outlook and Lotus Notes) to designate one or more Trustees. A Trustee is someone else who can add events directly to your calendar from their own computer or workstation. The designated Trustee could be an assistant, team member, family member or trusted friend. These are individuals trusted completely to use discretion and thoughtfulness when it comes to entering information into your personal calendar. You can also use Personal Assistant to synchronize Infuzer events between your work and home calendars.
